Who does Neurolife coaching serve?

We specialize in working with young adults and student athletes who struggle with focus, anxiety, mental clarity, and mental fitness including those recovering from concussion, congenital anomalies, and other neurological changes. 

Working with student athletes, parents and coaches are the foundation of success for their academic and athletic future.  Our programs created for sports teams and schools are comprehensive and easy to implement.  We provide consistent follow-up as the landscape of neuroscience and sports injury prevention and treatment develops and changes almost daily with ongoing research.

Working with corporations and entrepreneurs,  we dive into everything that maximizes our brain's potential associated with daily living including brain type, nutrition, fitness, social atmosphere, and spirituality.  If you've been excelling at the office but failing at home, we can help.  Taking care of the home life but can't seem to succeed in business?  We'll position you on the path to success.

Regardless of whether or not you have a formal diagnosis, we look at Four Pillars of Mental Fitness together - biological, psychological, spiritual, and social - to create a solid foundation you can build your life on.   Our brains can change for the better, and our lives can improve as a result.  Brain health and brain optimization is not a luxury, brain health is a vital necessity.

Our brains begin to form in utero, and continue to change until we are 25-28 years of age.  Throughout that time, events such as:

  • emotional, physical, and psychological trauma,
  • concussion, ADD, abuse,
  • post traumatic stress, and environmental factors

influence our brain development, our behavior, and our happiness.

Our student athlete program includes:

  • brain type evaluation, nutrition, exercise, supplement, and Positive Psychology strategies Plan of Care
  • consultation with parents, coaches, and teachers if desired and appropriate for multi-disciplinary approach (strongly recommended)
  • weekly 60-minute one-on-one video chat, phone call, or in-office NeuroLife Coaching session
  • female specific injury prevention programs (females require unique recovery time and nutritional recommendations due to possible hormonal changes and physiological differences)
